For advisors

A plan is only as good as the number under it

Financial advisors, CPAs, estate attorneys and business consultants refer their business‑owner clients to Ron Them for a written valuation, then work from the same report.

You read the same report your client does

The valuation arrives in a secure portal, not as an attachment. Your client adds you from inside their report, and you open it from a link of your own.

No password to invent, no forwarded PDF going stale, and the access stays your client’s to give or take back.

Where the number comes up in your practice

Financial advisors
The business is often most of a client’s net worth, and it sits in the plan as a guess. A written value turns the largest line on their balance sheet into a figure you can plan from.
CPAs
Succession, buy‑sell and estate work all start from a value. You know the returns better than anyone; the report corrects the earnings and puts the reasoning on the page.
Estate and business attorneys
A buy‑sell written on an unchecked figure fails later. The report is written to be read by someone on the other side of a disagreement, with every figure traceable to the line above it.
Business consultants
When an owner asks what an improvement is worth, the report already answers it: each change that would move the value, priced in dollars.

What it is, and what it is not

An opinion of value

What the business is worth today, why, and what would change it, with the building valued on its own where the owner holds it. The right document for planning, for a partner conversation, or for deciding whether to go to market.

Not an appraisal

A real estate appraisal in Pennsylvania is a licensed act with its own standards, and it is the document a bank lends against. If that is what your client needs, they need an appraiser, and we will tell them so.

How the referral program works

  1. One conversation with Ron

How referrals work for your practice is agreed with Ron directly, before you send anyone.

  2. You introduce your client

Ron takes it from there and does the valuation himself, from their returns and statements.

  3. Your client adds you to the report

One step from inside their portal, and you open it from a link of your own.

  4. You work from the same figures

Including the priced list of what would move the number, which is usually where the planning conversation starts.

Your client’s plan is waiting on a number
