The guarantee
This is the commitment as it stands on our own front page, word for word:
“If it does not show you more than $895 of value you can act on, tell Ron and he will refund it.”
It means what it says. The test is not whether you liked the report or agreed with the number — it is whether the work put more than its own price in front of you. If it did not, you are owed your money back, and you do not have to argue the case.
How to ask
Tell Ron directly, by email or by phone. There is no form and no queue. It helps if you say what you were expecting to get out of it, only because that is usually worth a conversation on its own.
How the money comes back
Refunds are returned through Stripe to the same card that paid, in the full amount. Once we process it, card issuers typically take five to ten business days to post it to your statement. That last part is the bank's timetable, not ours.
Before you buy
We would rather talk you out of a valuation you do not need than refund one you should not have bought. Every purchase is preceded by a conversation with Ron for exactly that reason. If it is not the right time, he will say so.
Questions
Ask first. You will reach Ron, not a support desk.
