The short version
We collect what we need to value your business and nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we never see your card number. If you want your information removed, say so and we will remove it.
What we collect
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and the general details of your business, given when you use the valuation tool or get in touch.
- Financial documents — tax returns, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, leases, and similar records, when you engage us for a paid analysis.
- Basic usage data — ordinary web server information such as pages requested and approximate location, used to keep the site working.
What we do with it
We use it to prepare your valuation, to reach you about it, and to keep our own records of work performed. If you have asked us to, we will contact you about the service. Every message we send carries a way to stop receiving them.
Where it is held
- Your documents and contact record sit in our client management system, under Ron's own account, accessible to him and to the people he engages to keep the system running.
- Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's systems and are never sent to us or stored by us. We can see that a payment succeeded and for how much — not the card number.
Who else sees it
Nobody, other than the service providers who operate the systems described above, and only to the extent they need to in order to run them. We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass it to other firms for their marketing.
The one exception is the ordinary one: if the law requires us to produce something, we will comply with it.
How long we keep it
Valuation files are kept while they are useful to you and to our records — a valuation is often referred back to years later. If you would rather we did not, ask and we will delete your file.

- Ask for a copy of what we hold on you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your file.
- Ask us to stop contacting you.
